It may seem odd that I am writing about QE on the TROM group the reason for that is the fact that it was the use of TROM that allowed me to see through the illusion of time in the mind.
As I have written before after that the reactive mind stuff dropped away, I couldn't find anything to run, Nothing from the past timetrack was bothering me anymore. Dennis Stephens says in one of his talks that some people reach a certain level and then just go off to live their lives, I found the Level 2 and 3 process to be of no use to me anymore. I found my attention mainly in present time so being a bit of an explorer in the spiritual field I felt there was more to be done, I needed a different method of obtaining my spiritual needs QE is one of them which I used for some time. I will always acknowledge TROM though as that method which gave me the major breakthrough. I have planned to take a break now from writing things up, I have my spiritual reality, that which is true for me and I think there are some rough times coming on this planet, certainly in this Country (the UK) so I am putting my attention on this amongst other things. Takes a little time, practice for people like me who are so used to being in charge, getting in there finding things to run and so on. I have come to know this, there is a place in the heart where there is pure silence, deep peace, no words can actually describe it, we cannot see it because the mind is constantly chattering on trying to figure it all out, when I let go as in the procedure QE, that is when the magic happens, seems unbelievable that I actually have to do nothing, just get out the way.
