Hi David, Am back from work. Well , I guess at this point the question is are you interested in pursuing TROM ? If so, start from the beginning , at the moment you run into something you don't understand note it and ask someone on the list . Martin seems to have a grasp and I found his recent post pretty helpful . No need to go beyond anything not understood. Just realize you don't get it, put it down and get the answer, with examples of the idea,method etc. End of story. In this way you can avoid unnecessary frustration & confusion. I can't tell you how many times I've used this "one step at a time approach" to control confusion or not know. Re MU method It's a good way to get from a generality ARC B and back to a particular. A point that can be known and addressed. Re Trom I understood Dennis' basic idea of releasing one's attention from the compulsive mind attachment. I felt his time break method was good. I got fuzzy on the RI's but Martin did a lot to make it clearer. Also I'm not sold on Dennis' RI premises having had different experiences myself. It is also true Dennis, LRH and others do have their personalities. I try to avoid getting caught up in this, no interest really. All I care about is workable method the various soap opera's I feel are a waste of time. As you know I working with QE which seems to relate to the way I view the sit at the moment. I think Martin's recent post is a good way to go if you interested in continuing. Love, Fran
I know what you are getting at, you are looking for a misunderstood. It is a scn principle that is sometimes true, or almost true. and also: Ok, how about you, do you clearly understand TROM and can do it, or have done it? Regards, David
