I am not reading anything into the Bible.  I just did not take the time to give you the "rest of the story" which I have done many times.  The rest of the story is the rest of the Bible which talks about salvation by faith in Christ without baptism.  Salvation without is NOT OF WORKS.

DAVEH:  I respectfully disagree, Brother Glenn.  In the two cases I cited above, it is YOU who is reading something into the Bible which the Lord did not intend
