***Blainer) I read an article written by FARMS which said that in 600
BC, when the BoM peoples left Jerusalem, the entire land area
surroundiong the city for several miles was referred to as the LAND of
Jerusalem, which included all of the bergs and towns nearby. Likewise, I
saw a map of the area around the city of Paris, France the other day, and
for miles around the city per se, is an area generally referred to as the
Parriseine. This includes quite a number of subdivisions, any one of
which could be thought of as being part of the city because of its
proximity.
