Dean writes: In the OT under the sacrificial system when one brought his
sacrifice once a year to atone for the sins of that year-God requires that
person to examine his heart and remember his wrongs committed-then that
person was to have remorse for those wrongs and God who looks at the heart
would be just to forgive that person Only if a person came with
remorse(willing to repent) could they come "Just as they are".I fail to see
where this is explained by the "come just as they are" people.

Dean writes:
Yes -I agree that Jesus died for the whole world-while we were yet
sinners-but one cannot remain in that state-At the moment before professing
Jesus Christ one must stop that sin-due to God saying it is wrong-and then
doing every thing within their ability too continue in righteousness. Which
means right by God's laws by definition.

1Cor.6:11 And such were some of you...
They are no more in sin-they have repented.
Luke 17:3 .., and if he repent, forgive him.
Mark 1:5...repent ye and believe the Gospel.
Acts 2:38.. Repent and be baptized.
Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore and be converted.
Acts 8;22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God...
Acts 17:30..now commandeth all men, every where to repent.
Acts 26:20..that they should repent and turn to God.

See my Sister- repentance comes first.

Dean writes:
Acting wrongly with anger is indeed sin-but we have a right to be angry at
sin.
I will have to reply to the rest of this mailer when I return from work ..
