For the record, the Mormon perspective on this question:: The blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is to shed innocent blood after having received a perfect knowledge via the Holy Ghost that Jesus is the Christ, that God lives, and etc. Persons without this perfect knowledge cannot commit this sin. Judas Iscariot committed this sin for the reason of his having betrayed the innocent blood into the hands of murderers, knowing full well that it was the Son of God he was betraying. This is a rare sin.
