Now to set the record straight from the boys and girls (which are children
by the way-and of course you consider putting your trust in JS to be as an
adult.) Blasphemy has to do with the act of speaking. Consider Matt. 12:
31-37... v32 And whoever speaketh a word against the against the son of
man...But whoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost,it shall not be forgiving
him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come...v36 but I say
unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak,...v.37 For by thy words
thou shall be justified, and by thy words thou shall be condemned.
The Pharisees committed the unpardonable by equating the power of the Holy
Spirit- that was inside of Jesus to perform His miracles -as belonging to
Satan.DaveH did the same thing by suggesting that the spirit that lead the
street preachers to SLC was an "unsavory spirit ". In short- the Bible says
that DaveH- because he is a worker of Iniquity and is so corrupt as to
blasphemy the Holy Ghost- is going to hell and also proves your Mormon
perspective to be incorrect and just flat out wrong again-as it doesn't
require the shedding of Blood. One can kill an innocent man and still be
saved-Mankind killed Jesus and can be saved and many are (except Mormons
who follow the teaching of JS)-as God allows-But to speak against the Holy
Ghost that has to dwell in this sinful flesh for our help-is serious indeed
and there will be some account giving -to what degree is up to God.
