One more example for the record proving how it could not
possibly be God working through Joseph Smith by His Holy Spirit.
How is it that men can not learn?
On Tuesday at my Bible Study we were reading about Manasseh
the most wicked king ever who reigned in Jerusalem for 55yrs
before God allowed the Assyrians to carry him off to captivity.
His sin is listed in 2 Chronicles 33:6 and in 2 Kings 21.
Compare this with what Mormons are being taught.
- He had children pass through the fire (Moloch)
Note: Today we may not put our infants body in the arms of a
statue but we cause them to pass thru the fire when we teach
them doctrines that will damn their souls.
Observed Times
- Used enchantments
- Used Witchcraft
- Dealt with familiar spirits
- Dealt with wizards
Scripture says that what he did was worse than the abominations
of the heathens that were run out of Canaan and we are told that:
"Whatsoever things were written aforetime were written FOR OUR
LEARNING that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures
might have hope" (Romans 15:4) - and:
"Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples and
they are written for our admonition upon whom the ends of the
world are come" (1 Corinthians 10:11)
There is nothing whatsoever in ALL of the scriptures about the
need for another prophet and another gospel using the wizardry
and enchantments that God calls the "abomination of the heathen"
to lead His people along in the last days. It is THE LIE and
make
no mistake - "Liars do not inherit the Kingdom" (see Rev 22:15)
and note they are outside the gate.
