There is one way in which we do not become sinless. The sin nature within our flesh continues on as a source of temptation, and this will be true until the resurrection. This is WHY the body must die. Nevertheless, we can reckon our flesh dead and live by the spirit, and when we do that we stop sinning. Now evidently, it appears that you have not experienced this. This is causing us some difficulty in communicating because I am talking about something with which you have no experiential frame of reference. So before I go on and talk about my experience of this reality, I would like to ask you some questions about your experience. Let's get to some reality here. You suggested that I sin hourly and momently. I assume that you think the same about yourself. Please tell me, what sin did you commit the moment you read this email? What sins have you committed within the last hour that you read this email? Please list them. I have met many Christians who live outside of reality. They claim that they sin in thought, word, and deed hundreds of times a day. If this perception is truly reality, it seems to me that the person suggesting this would be able to quickly list his sins out for us. So, tell us Lance. What sins did you commit within the last moment, and what sins did you commit within the last hour? If you cannot list any, then may I suggest that you are living outside of reality with your theology that expects believers to continue to sin, moment to moment, hourly, and daily? Peace be with you.
