A head that talks on TV, IOW an expert or commentator.  On some programs you see the screen divided into four sections and you can view four "talking heads" at one time.  As for the "decision to invade" it is past history now and our young military men are paying a "terrible" price.  The man who lost his head was a civilian.  I pray you will eventually understand "peace from a position of strength"  It is impossible to reason or use statecraft with terrorists. People willing to do what they are doing are capable of anything and nothing conceded will ever be enough.  I guess the US could just decide to walk out as they did in Vietnam but this time the war is here.  9/11 has forever changed the playing field.
