'Believers in what Lance?;
a. You actually don't understand my meaning.
b. You do but, don't agree.
c. You do but, are just being.....fill in the blank.

Answer:In Jesus Who is both God & Man and, the only way to God.

'Why call it gnosticism?'
a. You haven't yet (nor will you likely ever) apprehended the meaning or significance of gnosticism.

Answer:Because that's what it is.

'On whose part Lance?'

Answer:On your part Judy. This may well include Linda and Terry though I'm not yet certain of this observation.

You don't have to know 'it' to be obedient to what you do know. You needn't be embarrassed at not understanding gnosticism. Just live out what you do understand. This, I believe, you are already doing with more consistency than many. Praise God!

Though God alone knows I believe that we are believers ALL on TT.

Believers in what Lance?  Everybody believes in something. Do you believe in the strait gate and the narrow way
that leads to life?

The Hebrew/Greek dichotomy spoken of is important due to a resurgence of Gnosticism within the church. We're 'swimming in Greek soup' as someone said recently.

Why call it gnosticism - evil spirits are also the same in every generation and the professing church is full of them. People are deceived because they are 'deceiving spirits'  Could be the same as the ones promoting gnosticism but why put an 'ism on them.?.

The outline contained herein is clear and helpful to all but, apprehended by only some (Gnostic pun intended). Any attempt to press these matters further might only be hurtful. 'What we have here is a failure to communicate' (one of my favorite lines from one of my favorite movies-Cool Hand Luke). Therefore, why not just press on allowing for the reality that there are at least two 'camps' present in this dialogue?

On whose part Lance?  Are you ready to take up 613 Mitzvah's and 1050 rules in the Newer Testament now to get rid of your Hellenized thinking?
