Galatians 6:10
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially 
unto them who are of the household of faith.

Thanks, David. Walking in love is obviously a command for treatment of
everyone.  However I think there are differences sometimes in commandments
between a fellow Believer and a non-Believer, ie: the "especially".  Izzy
