A perplexing set of parameters here, John. There is no documented restitution but that does not automatically preclude its existence as you well know. However, Paul made comment(s) regarding his being a persecutor of the Ekklesia. Is this the sign of a guilty conscience?

Understand that this is a question, not the first step in an evolving assualt on the Messianic Church.    the House of Shammai, as I understand it, was the House of the zealot  --  a very aggressive zealot.   The fact that Paul murdered in the name of God, that when he became a convert, this history is almost ignored.   You see no remorse, no restitutuion, no expressed concern for the survivors, only "a clear conscience unto this day."  What should we think of this????

Anyone ever heard of Paul Hill?

John
