I thought we were going to stop criticizing people and start discussing issues instead.  I guess I was wrong.  BTW, if you knew David M personally you would know that he is actually confidently unashamed of his beliefs (which infuriates some), quiet, gentle and humble.  It’s amazing how wrong you can be in critiquing someone you don’t know, even in a chat room.  I only wish he spoke/wrote more.
