While you pretend that I am confused in the above, you ignore what I actually wrote: The first two quotes are so out of context as to be shameful in their presentation in your post.����The quote without the correct page number was not a part of my statement regarding context. I really would not mind a discussion with you, Kevin. But this is simply tiresome.
