Along with these definitions, pastor John, could you tell us the definition of a pastor, and what the qualifications for that job might be? Caroline:
A pastor is someone chosen and gifted by God to
take care of his children. [Eph. 4:11] We've added some other requirements along
that way that may or may not help us discern if a person is a good pastor or
not. Primarily a pastor is a shepherd.
