If you take a look at previous releases it has always been like this. Other 
projects also do that. You set some goals for your next release but eventually 
only some of them will be achieved, but at the same time, others which were 
not planned will get in too.

I'm sure that if the spanish community has some goals nobody will prevent us 
from putting those in the wiki page, but we may not be able to achieve them 
and it would make no sense to force the community to make the release later. I 
think
