Actually I guess we could determine the baseline with the new (and not
exactly 100% bug-free (; - https://github.com/gittup/tup/issues/179 )
feature - tup generate. It generates shell script with all the commands
that need to be executed. I guess no tool can be faster than that,
rigth? There are however many problems with this feature right now, so
there is no project that I could test it on - each one produces a
different error...
