Daniel

We've used Turbine successfully for 2 intranet projects recently (a
"knowledge portal" and a "micro research information system" at the
University of Pretoria, South Africa), and are currently busy with a site
for an internet startup business (electronic catalog eCommerce kind of
site). Unfortunately, because the first 2 are intranet sites, and the last
site is still under development, there's nothing "live" I can show you. As
soon as our latest internet site goes live, I will let everybody know.

What I can tell you is that the 2 intranet sites each took about a month to
complete! The one runs on NT with IIS and Oracle, the other on
Linux/Apache/MySQL. Both were developed on Win98/Tomcat/Interbase. If that
doesn't prove the cross-platform/cross-db nature of Turbine, I don't know
what does!

Greetings, Frank (and Leon)
