In this case, Turbine is the obvious choice. It gives you a proven,
predefined framework on which to build your application (which would be
expensive and time consuming to have consultants build for you). Having
the foundation of your application laid for you is a *huge* amount of
the work done for you already--all you have to do is write the business
logic to the framework and slap on the web UI. Trying to build such a
firm foundation with consultants that come and go could be a trying and
time-consuming task...
