Fedor, please go read my email titled "[Proposal] Groups ACL". We have this
problem to solve in Scarab. A "Group" in Scarab would essentially be
equivalent to a "Module". It is not a "Group" of roles at all.
The way it looks is something like this:
"User x has Role a in Module f."
"User x has Role b in Module f."
"User x has Role b in Module g."
