OK. First thing is that TurbinePooledConnection should be an interface,
so
that PoolBrokerService service implementations can provide their own
PooledConnectionClasses. I'm strongly +1 to it.
Making TurbinePooledConnection extend java.sql.Connection might be a bit
of an overkill but would be neat on the useage side, because it would
save you DBConnection.getConnectio() call every time you request the
connection. I'm not sure if it's worth it after all, so +0.
