To resurrect an old thread, there's now a further wrinkle that Turbine
will not compile against the servlet API 2.3 servlet.jar because
TurbineConfig doesn't implement a couple of new methods in
ServletContext. Which is now relevant as CVS HEAD Catalina (if I'm
interpreting the errors I'm getting correctly) requires that we build
against 2.3
So this really does need sorting out now, because we need a third
TurbineConfig implementation.
