Why the sudden rush? I think we should take at least the weekend to go through the tickets in milestone 1.0.x-bugfix [1] and milestone [2] to see if there are any show-stoppers (for instance #1933 and #1958) and whether we can easily resolve some others. I'm just going through the ticket list and am adding comments and adjusting priorities to my best judgement.
