Yep, that's true, unfortunately: if you're relying on some newer (>= version 8)
Flash features, you're practically shutting out Linux users, until Flash
version 9 has had time to spread.

Another fine example of the conclusion that with proprietary software you're at
the mercy of the vendor's release policy and that just doesn't do in a
distributed, heterogeneous environment (i.e. the web).

Also, Flash is never installed out-of-the-box on most Linux distros so that
constitutes another accessibility hurdle.
