There should be a support section on the nav bar and within that should
mention consultant help as well as community help, the forums, the TG book,
etc... Maybe support would take the place of the documentation nav bar, and
under that would be documentation, community support, consultant support.
This would be useful even if consultant work does pickup.

We could add something to the docs site, but it would (I think) need a 
big fat note saying that the list is maintained by the TG community 
and is not verified or endorsed by the TurboGears project, its 
members, or anyone other than the individual consultant. The other 
option would be to put it on the TG main site, which would probably be 
more work to keep up to date than it is worth.
