Using the four-point McCarthy-Frey scale, I think Winfrey was planning on a zero or one. But as Leno just kept spouting the equivalent of "This is everybody's fault but mine," she cranked it towards a 2.5 or 3.
(The McCarthy-Frey is the scale of Winfrey grilling, with McCarthy being given carte blanche to dispense lies and disproven theories without questioning, and Frey being cross-examined as to whether he is a human being or not).
