WLS has said Kimmel goes at 11:00 as soon as Oprah reruns go away in September. WLS runs J! at 3:30 with news at 4 already. They take Inside edition at 3.
ABC's KTRK/Houston doesn't have Wheel, J!, or Oprah. (KHOU the CBS affil there does) I *think* one other ABC O&O avoided Oprah as well, but for the life of me I can't remember who. KABC though did air Oprah at 3, with J! and Wheel at 7 and 7:30 I've said it before: Oprah was a 4PM show in most markets, except for about maybe half a dozen or so.
