This is totally incorrect. Very few stations in MT/CT/PT ran Oprah at 3. Most of them ran at 4 (to have a solid 5pm news leadin). I checked the OprahFinderT and confirmed 4pm local time was the time you'd find her on about 95% of stations regardless of timezone.

If--and that's a big if--"Windy City Live" bombs, Katie could go in 9 a.m. on WLS (but against ABC-Disney's Whoever and Kelly on WGN). If not, ABC- Dianey would have to sell the show to another station or WLS would put it in at 11:05 p.m. like they have with an Oprah rerun for years and continue to piss off Jimmy Kimmel's fans, who have to stay up until 12:05 a.m. in Chicago to see him. -- TV or Not TV ....
