It's getting tougher to get around the main floor of the house, even though mom is still bedbound. The home-care people are bringing in other things to go with the bed, and we'll have to move things to make room for them, including the old bed, which will have to end up upstairs.
The kitchen table has to hold certain things we keep track of every day, and it just isn't big enough to make it easy. It's only going to get worse when she'll be mobile enough to want to sit there again. Cooking dinner, something I've been made to do most of before her injury, is a bigger hassle; I can't completely transition back from the just-me-and-dad sitch when she was in the center, and have to remember what we got for her before that. She really can't eat much anymore for fear of making it harder for Our Friend The Nurse (kid bro's housemate), but that's not making it any easier; she has to have drinks, and has to have the telly on nearly all day. -- BOB -- TV or Not TV ....
