The (physical/occupational) therapy director at the center (looks dancerish) reportedly told Mom she'll try to get her out this week. There may still be a couple days that the insurance may not cover, but supposedly from there on out she'll be back home, and (hopefully) getting some kind of home care.
Of course, her doctor could still throw the proverbial monkey wrench into all this. To move her to a different center, even if insurance did kick back in, would just be too much for dad. I consider myself very lucky, despite her having been in there over four frickin' months, never to have had a single nightmare about that place. The few online reviews of it are, shall we say, not too favorable. More to come as I learn it. -- BOB -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
