A guy from a home-care-equipment provider (TV: looks like a cross between my kid brother and Chris O'Donnell ["NCIS-LA"]) brought and assembled a new hospital-style bed for her. Unlike the one we've been using, this can elevate vertically as well as raising the head and foot. Dad and I were really sure she was going to nominate a certain (not slim, Caribbean, kinda cute) nurse for an award, but she PC-ly named everybody in the wing.
