This is unethical - at least unless it is transparent to the patient - but that doesn't stop it from happening. Hopefully that is not going on in your case. On a more hopeful note, I do know that not uncommonly patients become more comfortable and pleased with a new home care service with time and increasing experience, as often it is a matter of becoming familiar and accustomed to a new routine and style of doing things. -- TV or Not TV ....
