1) The events happened in India so would a US judge have jurisdiction? 2) It was a judged contest. Judging is subjective. There's likely a rule in the rulebook that all judge's decisions on task completion are final, especially since there's a number of judged events during the race. 3) If Bopper and Mark (who I call Chopper) can beat you on the next leg even after a speedbump, you deserve to be eliminated. 4) None of this matter anyway because there's likely some sort of designed bottleneck during the next leg to put everyone close together.
