(Yes, I'm a horrible person for pointing this out.) No more than me, who has had it with God Bless America (and would also remove the National Anthem as well*). I watched none of the broadcast last night, but hearing that they had Neil Diamond singing Sweet Caroline was beyond ridiculous. Deadspin noted that whoever was running the audio on Fox did an atrocious job covering up the completely appropriate boos: http://deadspin.com/816176279. I'm sure Bud just couldn't hear them. * Way back when I used to do PA and music for high school and college basketball, I would always play the anthem before the first game (JV or Women) so I wouldn't have to blow the energy level for the headliner. When people would come up to me to bitch I hadn't played the anthem (and usually add that I disrespected something or another), I simply said "Should've come earlier." -- -- TV or Not TV ....
