I'm not sure I get the hate for Moynihan.  His Rob Ford was spot-on this 
week, his Chris Christie is very good (go back and watch the post-Sandy 
press conference sketch if you don't remember it), and he's one of the few 
cast members that seems to fully commit to a character, regardless of how 
much of a throwaway it is (see: Kirby the "I miss my kittycat" guy). 
 Granted, he doesn't always get the best material to work with (again, see 
Kirby).
