No - I am not at all being that critical (or even care that much). But the
problem is not that NBC did not warn viewers there would be no MTP this
week, but the reason they gave for this. My question was, why can't NBC
just air MTP at a later time (or diffferent platform) during Open week? You
offered an explanation that makes a lot of sense, which is that the week
off really functions as (I'm sure) a much needed vacation for the staff and
crew. I suspect you are correct, but if so, then MTP was not really
cancelled this week because of the Open, but because of the need for the
vacation. I am sure Chuck did remind viewers that there would be no MTP
this week, but I bet he told them it was because of the Open.
