Rant: NASCAR shouldn't go right up to legal sunset when deciding whether to 
call a race at no-lights facilities. They've likely got the same tools 
available to them as the networks to determine inability of drivers to see, 
esp. with those not-always-clear tear-offs they stack onto their 
windscreens... and meanwhile, nobody's thinking about the fact that (albeit 
not a capacity crowd, a longstanding story in and of itself) the fans were 
carefully making their way back to cars/motorhomes/whatever in darkness.
