This has been an issue for a while with people connected
to Star Wars and their Twitter and other social media. A lot has been going the other way politically with liberal novelists and comic book writers saying things that conservative fans have been angry about. Writer Chuck Wendig was fired from Marvel Star Wars comics over his Twitter/social media record. Disney Star Wars is Dumb blog covers many of these issues from the conservative standpoint.
