Then if you learn that he's actually a Nazi (perhaps based on things he said in passing to you), you might mention the fact on your neighbourhood Facebook group, Nextdoor.com, or one of those rate-a-tradesman type sites. Or you might just tell your local friends and neighbours not to use him. And even if you do none of those things, next time you need a plumber, you probably won't call the Nazi again next time you need someone to fix a leak.
