So the focal distance is calculated from the bottom of the dish, 
meaning the feedhorn sits 11" above the outer edge of the dish?

I think the tabs were originally 3" so that would make the whole 
support 3 feet long.  That would make sense.  Now I just have to find 
a way to build them.
