Could that have been me? (*wink*) Spent 2+ yrs there (in Natick MA) and 
departed (not my choice) prior to the IBM fiasco.   To make a very long 
story short, unit numbers were incorrectly converted (1 unit equaling, say, 
20 sofas, now being ordered as 20 units, or 400 sofas), resulting in a 
massive influx of merchandise (non-returnable to the manufacturer) 
requiring payment on demand.  Needless to say, the company folded shortly.

Not belly up, but you can't leave Oxford Health Plans out.
Anecdote:
Million dollar bonus for transferring data from Universe to Oracle
tables if done over the weekend.  Not happening fast enough.  "Drop
the constraints".  Bonus received.  Tables full of garbage.
