I spoke to Jackie Burhans at Rocket about the issues raised in this list on behalf of the user group and she is putting a team onto looking at how to improve the documentation and installation process for DataVu. This is a product U2 users want to persevere with as it will make U2 stronger in the market and reduce the potential for competitor products pushing U2 out of a site. It needs some issues ironing out, but the potential is great.
