No compilation is required. 64-bit files work fine on 32-bit UniVerse. You will 
be best served by making sure you have a working back-up, then converting the 
needed files to 64-bit. Instructions should be in the manuals.

As always, do take a look at upgrading as well. 9.6 is an extremely old 
release. Being on later versions means if you ever run into issues with your 
System, it will be much easier to get assistance to get back up and running.

Thanks for guidance. Please let me know, my most of the work is on UniVerse 
32-bit edition including massive coding in infobasic as well. Now if I turned 
64-bit on switch, what will be the complications I can face otherwise it will 
be safe ride? Do I need resize all files again and also compile code on 64-bit?
