Asad You don't need to recompile - the infobasic object code is interpreted, so there is no difference in running it on a 32 bit or 64 bit platform.
Also, you don't need to set the 64BIT_FILES flag in the uvconfig to do this - that just sets the default for creating new files. Any files you need to convert can be changed on a one-by-one basis.
