I Think I may have found my issue. I think that Excel 2010 may not have been As strict, and I have found some problems with my XML coding my program is spitting out. Once I straightened out the coding, it seems to working fine now.

A friend was showing me that the new word and excel files were nothing but XML inside a zip file. So, open a ".xlsx" or ".docx" file with a zip client and you can actually see its contents.
