I had tried so many ways to resurrect my previous vm that I got ahead of
my self when I went to verify my operation. Bottom line: the vm still
hangs when woken up from a suspended state even with the 3.9 kernel. It
is obvious that something is turned off when the vm is put to sleep that
is not revived when it is brought back to life. Signs of dead: cursor
block not blinking, up arrow does not access history, mouse working.
Give me the places to check and I'll do that, but I don't know what I
can do when in this condition. In the mean time, I'll just go try to
educate my self as to how to ssh into my vm from my Mac.
