Sorry, there isn't a good way to fully fix this until everything using
libpeas is rebuilt and lands in resolute (release). rhythmbox in
particular won't be able to migrate out of resolute-proposed until
python3-defaults migrates.

Usually, soname bumps don't require Breaks/Replaces. This is one of the
few that do. :(

I believe once Ubuntu sets up piuparts and connects it to their
-proposed migration system, it would be able to prevent a mistake like
this from migrating to release.
