This bug was fixed in the package libpeas - 1.38.1-1ubuntu2
---------------
libpeas (1.38.1-1ubuntu2) resolute; urgency=medium
* debian/patches/revert_to_36.patch:
- temporarly revert to 1.36 upstream and old soname. The new soname
binary conflicts with the old one and migrated to the release pocket
creating an installability issue there. Rebuiding reverse depends
is blocked on the python transition so let's fix resolute with a
tempoary revert and then restore the new soname with proper
dependencies (lp: #2141258)
