The failing dock is DP-MST: AV Access iDock C10 (ASIN B0CMZZL64P). Dual HDMI 2.0 driven by "Dual 4K@60Hz (MST)" over USB-C DP-alt-mode, USB 3.2 Gen 2 (not Thunderbolt). The working comparison dock (StarTech DKT30CSDHPD3) is single-stream.
